Processing Time: Since every item is handmade and personalized, the time needed to create your order is separate from shipping time. Our current processing time is generally 3–5 business days. This time frame may be longer during peak holiday seasons (e.g., November and December).
Shipping Rates & Delivery: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your location. Once your order has shipped, delivery times typically range from:
Domestic (Canada): 3–8 business days
Tracking: All orders include tracking information, which will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once the label is created.
Lost/Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the carrier confirms delivery to the address provided. If your package is lost in transit before delivery confirmation, please contact us so we can file a claim with the carrier.
Custom & Personalized Orders
Due to the nature of our custom-made products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or there is an error on our part.
Errors on Our Part: If your item arrives with an error based on your original order details (e.g., wrong name spelling, incorrect color/font not matching the approved proof, if applicable), please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to find a resolution, which may include a free replacement.
Customer Input Errors: We are not responsible for errors in spelling, capitalization, or requested design details submitted by the customer. Please double-check all personalization inputs before completing your purchase.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, materials may have already been ordered or work may have begun on your design, and cancellation will be at our discretion.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) and include a clear photograph of the damage. We will promptly replace the damaged item at no cost to you.
Product Care: To ensure the longevity of your custom items, please adhere to the following care instructions:
Tumblers/Mugs: Hand wash only. Do not soak. Do not put in the dishwasher. Do not microwave.
Bookmarks/Keychains: Avoid excessive heat and harsh chemicals.
Wear and Tear: We use high-quality, durable materials, but normal wear and tear on personalized items (such as minor scratches on tumblers or bending on laminated bookmarks) is expected and not covered under our replacement policy.
Safety Disclaimer: By purchasing our products, the customer assumes all responsibility for any risk related to the product's use. We are not responsible for any accidental or improper use of the items.
